FULFILLMENT POLICY:

 

Students are only charged AT THE TIME OF THE LESSON OR AFTER. Students are NOT charged for services in advance. Therefore, the student will never be charged unless the lesson was had to begin with. If, for some reason, the student is charged during the lesson and the lesson needs to be immediately stopped (thus forfeiting services for that day), the policies will be executed as follows:

• Refund policy — Refunds are issued if no lesson was had and if no make up was feasible due to student or teacher extended illness or unavailability within 30 days of the original lesson date.

• Delivery policy — All lesson services are delivered online via Zoom on scheduled lesson days and times.

• Cancellation policy — Both student and teacher reserve the right to cancel the lesson at any time prior to the actual lesson start time. Lessons are then rescheduled and student is NOT charged for a missed lesson.

PRIVACY POLICY:

• All information collected on this website when you sign up is stored securely via Wix and Stripe services (name, email, payment details). I don't collect or share your data anywhere outside these services. 

• I take reasonable precautions to keep your data secured on these websites. However, no method of data transmission on the Internet is 100% secure. I can't guarantee absolute security. 

• No usage data is being collected on this website. 

• You can delete your accounts with Wix and Stripe directly with them.
